How to make easy Strawberry Daiquiri Jello Shots with Malibu Coconut Rum! Perfect for parties, girls night in, bachelorette parties and more.
Strawberry Daiquiri Jello Shots
When I was single all of my girlfriends and I would get together for a un-Valentine's Day party. We would make up yummy cocktails and discuss how wonderful our single life was. I created these Strawberry Daiquiri Jello Shots in honor of these Un-Valentine's Day events.
These were super easy to make and I really wish I would have thought of them while I was single and out with the girls. I am going to make these for our next girls night in and see what everyone thinks.
Strawberry Daiquiri Jello Shots Ingredients
Strawberry Jell-0
Malibu Coconut Rum
Water
I used an ice cube tray that I sprayed with non-stick spray to get the shape of the Jell-o shots.ย You will want to make sure you use a strong ice cube tray that will hold its shape. The last thing you want is to try and move the liquid jello shots to the fridge and have the ice cube tray tip over.
A bit of whipped cream on top and they are ready to go.
If you have a hard time getting the Strawberry Daiquiri Jello Shots out of the ice cube tray I dipped the bottom of mine in warm water for 10-20 seconds and they slid right out.
I served these on a platter so they would be easy to grab. If you are worried about getting red jello on your hands you can serve these with a spoon next to them.

Will have to try this ๐ I've had them with vodka, but coconut makes it sound even better. I put them in disposable plastic shot glasses, that way the person drinking it can deal with the hassle of getting it out lol.
