Today we are taking a break from crockpot recipes and sharing something a bit different. This super easy Lo Mein Recipe is so good! Plus you know I love any super easy recipe I can share. That is one of my goals actually for 2018. To share as many recipes as possible that are easy and don't take up all your time so you can spend your time doing what you want.
Maybe relaxing on the couch, watching a movie, reading a good book, hanging out with friends or family, or even catching up on sleep. Whatever you need to make life just a little bit better. This recipe is perfect for freeing up some time and getting to relax.

Super easy Lo Mein Recipe you will love! Filled with vegetables, easily add in chicken or beef if desired.
You can change up the veggies in this recipe if there is one you do not like or ones that you love that are not in the recipe.
Super Easy Lo Mein Recipe
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms
- Sweet pepper, (whatever color)
- Carrot
- Peas, frozen
- Spinach, fresh
- Garlic, minced
- Oil
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Ginger, ground
- Sugar
- Spaghetti noodles

Super Easy Lo Mein Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 C Mushrooms sliced
- 1 Sweet pepper (whatever color), sliced into strips
- 1 Carrots large, sliced into thin strips
- ยฝ C Peas frozen
- 1 bag Spinach fresh
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 Tablespoon Soy sauce sodium reduced
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon White Sugar
- 6- 8 oz. Spaghetti noodles
Instructions
- Cook noodles in a large pot of slightly salted water, according to the package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the ginger powder, sugar, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Quickly, add the garlic, carrot, pepper and mushrooms. Saute and stir continuously, until the vegetable are slightly tender.
- Throw in the frozen peas and the entire bag of spinach. It seems like a lot, but it will wilt down.
- Keep stirring until it wilts and the peas are cooked through.
- Drain the pasta, add it to the vegetables and add the sauce at the same time.
- You may need two stirring utensils at this time to fully incorporate all ingredients and sauce.
- Keep tossing the ingredients until everything is well covered with the sauce.
