Chocolate Coconut 5 Layer Bars
We made Salty and Sweet Ruffles Marshmallow Treats and these Chocolate Coconut Five Layer Bars in the same night.
These Chocolate Coconut Layer Bars are delightful!
These Chocolate Coconut Five Layer Bars were fun to make. You can move the ingredients around based on who enjoys what. We left pecans off of one corner, less coconut in another corner, and more chocolate in another. We were able to base each side of the Five Layer Bars to everyone's preference.
If you want to change up the flavors even more you can make this recipe with butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, or any flavor of chips you can find.

So delicious! My neighbors rave about these bars whenever I give them out. I cut them up into fudge-sized squares and add to Christmas cookie baskets.

The only downside for my house is hubby and boys won't do coconut. But, I'd love to make these to share with my MOMS group (so I don't eat them all myself!)

Hi, this recipe looks wonderful. The pictures of your mom pouring the milk looks like
sweetened condensed milk, am I correct. I will be making this for Easter. Love your blog!

Hi Linda, Yes that is my Mom pouring the milk for the recipe. She was so focused on covering all of the area. I am so glad you love the blog. Thank you so much for letting me know.
