I am so excited to share thisย Eggnog and Cranberry Crock Pot French Toast Recipe! It is the perfect weekend breakfast meal! You can set it up and curl back into bed or on the couch for a while and just relax while the slow cooker does all the work.
Slow Cooker Eggnog French Toast
We have snow on the ground in Spokane, and my favorite thing to do right now is curl up on the couch with the fireplace going and read a book.
My crockpot is doing all the work these days while I take some time to just relax.

It is hard to believe it is already time to think about Christmas and all the celebrations. We are planning to spend as much time as we can relax in front of the fireplace with the Christmas tree lit up.
Hoping that the cats do not scale the Christmas Tree while we are relaxing. LOL!
I love that this Slow Cooker Eggnog French Toast can cook while we are relaxing and I don't have to worry about it until we are ready for breakfast/brunch.

- 4 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Prepare your slow cooker dish by either greasing it very well, or lining it with parchment paper.
- Cut the bread into bite size cubes and set aside.

- Slowly pour the egg mixture over the bread being careful to distribute it well, over all the cubes.
- Cook on low for 5 hours.
- At the 5 hour mark, remove the dish from the slow cooker and (being sure your dish is oven safe!) place it into the oven and turn on the broil option. Watch it closely and remove when itโs nicely toasted on top. Remove and let it settle on the counter before serving.
