Crock Pot Pumpkin Oatmeal
How better to start the day than with a bit of pumpkin oatmeal.

I love that the crock pot does all the work for this recipe and no matter what time of day you want to enjoy it you can. There is nothing quite like waking up to breakfast already prepared for you and all you have to do is dish this pumpkin oatmeal up into a bowl and enjoy! Perfection!

Ingredients needed
- Water
- Pumpkin
- Steel-cut oats
- Honey
- Ground cinnamon
- Table salt
- Ground nutmeg
Top with raisins, craisins, or any topping you love on your oatmeal.

Crockpot Pumpkin Oatmeal Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 cups Water
- 3 cups Pumpkin Puree/Canned Pumpkin uncooked
- 1 ½ cups steel cut oats uncooked
- ½ cup Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ½ Teaspoon salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in crockpot, stir well
- Cook on low for 8 hours, stir before serving
- Top with raisins, craisins or any topping you love on your oatmeal
