Ingredients
- Cream cheese
- Sour cream
- Yogurt
- Sweet pepper, any color
- Tomatoes
- Green chilies
- Jalapeno *optional
- Onion
- Frozen spinach
- Cheddar Cheese
- Salt
- White pepper
- Chili powder
- Ground cumin

Crock Pot Mexican Spinach Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
- ยผ c Sour Cream
- ยผ c yogurt
- ยฝ sweet pepper any color, diced fine
- 28 oz tomatoes drained
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 jalapeno diced very fine *optional
- ยฝ Onion diced
- 1 box frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry of extra moisture
- 1 c Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon white pepper
- ยฝ Teaspoon Chili Powder
- ยฝ Teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the cheddar cheese.
- Put them into slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours
- In the last hour, add the shredded cheddar, mix well. Replace lid and let melt.
- To serve, garnish with crackers / bread crisps or veggies.
