You all know we love cheesy casserole recipes! HELLO YUM! Today, I am so excited to share this Cheesy Gnocchi Casserole Recipe! So many of my favorite things combined to make a delicious casserole.

It's delicious, easy to make, and a soon-to-be family favorite! The best part is that there are only a few ingredients, so you don't have a giant grocery list!
As we move into Spring, I am all in for any recipe that takes minutes to prep, and I don't have to stress over it.
One of my life goals is to spend as much time outside as possible this year. We finally have a yard put in at the new house, and it is time to start making the house look put together.

- Small Casserole Baking Dish: I used a square casserole dish to spread the gnocchi out, so there was a nice top layer of cheese. You could also make it in a smaller round dish for individual servings.
- Heat-Resistant Potholders: A couple of years ago, we had a fire scare when we didn't realize we had turned a burner on, and a cloth potholder caught fire. Thankfully, we walked by the kitchen, saw the smoke, and got it out ourselves. Since then, we have only used these heat-resistant potholders.

How to Make Cheesy Gnocchi Casserole
I've included complete instructions in the printable recipe card at the bottom of the post, but here's a quick version.
- Preheat oven
- Grease/spray a small casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- Combine boiled gnocchi, sauce, parmesan, salt and pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Mix well.
- Transfer the contents from the bowl to the casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese on top. You can also sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning on the cheese.

Make Ahead: As with other casserole recipes, you can prep this Cheesy Gnocchi Casserole beforehand. Follow the instructions through step 5 and refrigerate your casserole in a covered, airtight container until itโs time to bake.

Freezing/How to Freeze: Transfer cooked leftovers to an airtight, freezer-safe container and enjoy them within two months.

- 17.5 oz Gnocchi boiled according to package directions
- 1 c Spaghetti sauce
- ยพ c Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 c Mozzarella shredded
- ยฝ Teaspoon Salt
- as desired Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease/spray a small casserole dish with non-stick spray
- In a bowl, combine boiled gnocchi, sauce, ยผ C parmesan, salt and pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Transfer contents from the bowl to the casserole dish.
- Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese on the top. You can also sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning on top of the cheese if you wish.
