You can easily adapt this recipe to any of your favorite beers. I have made a 3 ingredient Guinness Beer Bread and so many other varieties of bread. I love that it is made with pantry staples that you probably already have in your house. Just pick your favorite beer and whip up a delicious loaf of bread in no time!
Ingredients
- Bisquick
- Sugar
- Angry Orchard Apple Cinnamon beer or similar
Equipment Needed
Large Mixing Bowl - We are big fans of this glass batter bowl that has a handle. It makes it easy to mix ingredients and keeps the mixing bowl steady on the counter.
Hand Mixer/Stand Mixer - You can mix this with either a hand mixer or your stand mixer.
Spatula
Bread Loaf Pan - We love making multiple loaves of bread at the same time.
Recipe Tips
You can mix this Apple Beer Bread with a hand mixer or by hand with a spoon. If you decide to hand mix make sure you use a spoon that can handle a thick bread batter.
Make sure to spray your bread pan with non-stick spray to make this great apple cinnamon beer bread easy to remove.
Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
You can also make Regular Beer Bread, Bisquick Pumpkin Bread, and Guinness Beer Bread.

O.M.G.! This was sooooooooooooo good, and sooooooooooooo easy! Didn't have Angry Orchard with cinnamon, so I just sprinkled in a teaspoon of cinammon and sugar. My daughter and I couldn't wait for it to cool to try it. It was kinda crumbly because we didn't wait, but it was worth the crumbs! LOL! I know what I'm making for bake sales now. Going to try it in the muffin tin, too. And will also try with raisins or nuts or both mixed in. Possibillities can be endless! Thank you!

I made this today, I used Redd's Wicked Apple Ale, I added cinnamon since it didn't have any and that sounded good, I did have to add a little water as the can is a 10 oz can and not 12 oz, it turned out soooo good! Thanks for sharing this recipe ๐

What an awesome bread idea! I absolutely love hard cider and think it would be amazing in bread. I'll have to make this soon.
