You all know I love easy recipes. Plus I love cooking/baking with Guinness so thisย 3 Ingredient Guinness Beer Bread Recipe was simply perfect!
3 Ingredient Guinness Beer Bread Recipe
This Guinness Beer Bread Recipe is a great addition to St. Patrick's Day dinner! Honestly, it tastes great any day of the year.
If you don't have any Guinness in the house you can make this beer bread recipe with your favorite beer. Just make sure you use the same amount of beer that the recipe calls for.
I have made Pumpkin Beer Bread and Apple Cinnamon Beer Bread and they both turn out amazing.
These Guinness recipes are just so dang easy to make! The house smells amazing with fresh bread baking and you don't have to stress about giving the bread time to rise or anything. Just dump the ingredients in a large bowl, mix together, and bake! That is it!
I definitely suggest using a large mixing bowl! When the beer hits the Bisquick it starts to bubble and froth a bit as you are mixing and it is easier to manage in a large bowl. I have never had it pour over the top but I wouldn't want to tempt it in a small mixing bowl.
