The temperatures have definitely hit summer highs this week in Spokane. Holy hotness! I decided to continue the spree we have been on with adult popsicles with this week's Alcoholic Adult Screwdriver Popsicle Recipe. I figure that we should be able to enjoy an adult beverage that is also an icy cold dessert and so refreshing. It is way too hot to think about anything but popsicles and relaxing in the shade.

Check out these Bahama Mama Ice Pops and Boozy Blueberry Mojito Popsicles! So good! We also made these amazing Cosmopolitan Boozy Popsicles that I think you will love!
Last year we made these Cherry Lemonadeย Ice Pops and they started me thinking about all of the different cocktailย popsicles we could make.
Don't these look so refreshing and good!
Can I admit that I want to make another batch of these right now! It is so warm in Spokane that these are just so perfect and refreshing.
Let me know if there are other boozy popsicle flavors you would like to see. I am thinking about making some margarita ones or maybe taking this White Wine Margarita and making it a popsicle. So many ideas. Or maybe a popsicle made with my favorite watermelon margarita recipe. So many possibilities I love it!
