Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 ยฝ C. rolled oats
- 1 C. Pumpkin Puree/Canned Pumpkin not pumpkin pie mix
- 2 Tablespoon White Sugar
- 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- ยผ C. Creamy Peanut Butter
- ยฝ C. chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine all the ingredients, mixing well.
- Drop by heaping spoonful onto the baking sheet and gently flatten and form a large round cookie. Add a few chocolate chips to the tops of the cookies, if desired.
- Bake 11-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool allowing the cookies to set.
