I think we could all use a getaway right now! This year has been well a year we will not forget any time soon. It has been way too long since we were on the gorgeous Carnival Panorama sailing to Mexico.

I just read today that the brand new Carnival Mardi Gras docked in Rotterdam, The Netherland for the first time as it makes its way to Port Canaveral, Florida for its inaugural voyage in hopefully April 2021.

We are so excited to see Carnival Cruise Line come out with some epic new ship. We have been stalking all of the Carnival Mardi Gras updates and can't wait to ride on the Bolt roller coaster. It is crazy to think about a roller coaster at sea.

I also can't wait to check out some of the new restaurants on the Mardi Gras including Big Chicken by Shaquille O'Neal, a new restaurant concept from master chef Rudi Sodamin, 2 dining options from Food Network Star Guy Fieri, and a new restaurant by celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse.

We were so impressed by all of the Carnival Panorama Restaurants I can't imagine how epic these new restaurants on the Mardi Gras will be.

Carnival is already working on the Mardi Gras sister ship the Carnival Celebration which will arrive in 2022.

Until we get back on a Carnival Cruise Ship we are spending our time at home making our favorite Carnival Cocktails and dreaming of all the places we want to cruise to.
