The Alchemist Sidecar is Carnival Cruise Lines twist on the classic sidecar cocktail. We enjoyed this classic cocktail on our last cruise on the Carnival Panorama. It is smooth and refreshing.

I have to admit that I don't know that I savored our time at the Alchemy Bar as much as I plan to the next time we get on a Carnival Ship. Little did I know when we were sitting at the Alchemy Bar during our Mexican Riveria Cruise that it would be our last trip for months.

If I had known what was to come a few days after we got home I would have eaten at even more Carnival Panorama Restaurants and savored every single bite.

I dream of dinner at Cucina Del Capitano and devouring a giant plate of pasta goodness. My friend Keri Lyn from She Saved posted this epic Chicken Parmigiana recipe from Cucina Del Capitano and I am going to need to make it asap

The past few months at home have made me really dream about cruising again! Not having to cook 3 meals a day, not having to stress about emails, not having to worry about anything other than what delicious Carnival Cocktail I want to drink sounds like pure heaven!

I absolutely LOVED our time on the Carnival Panorama! Being able to tune out the world for seven days and just soak in the cruise was pure bliss. Plus we got to visit a few of my favorite ports including Puerto Vallarta and Cabo!

Where would you like to cruise to next? I am not sure I will be picky and will take any opportunity to relax on a cruise ship. I do dream of an Alaska cruise. Even a cruise that just heads out to sea and floats giving us time to relax and enjoy the Alchemy Bar sounds perfect.

So I guess I am not really picky at this point as long as there is great food and cocktails involved which is a guarantee on a Carnival Cruise.
