How to make Cranberry Mimosas
I've included complete instructions in the printable recipe card at the bottom of the post, but here's a quick version.
The classic mimosa traditionally combines champagne (or another sparkling wine) and chilled citrus juice, usually orange juice, unless otherwise specified.
We changed the classic mimosa recipe by replacing orange juice with cranberry juice. If you love the orange/citrus flavor, you can easily add orange juice to this recipe.
To make a Cranberry Mimosa, pour the juice first and then the sparkling wine last. This order lets you decide how much champagne you want to add to the cocktail.
The carbonation of the champagne also looks fantastic at the top of this winter cocktail.
Preparation and Storage
Make Ahead:
These Cranberry Mimosas are not make-ahead-friendly. You don't want to lose the champagne bubbles by having it sit in a pitcher before you can serve it to guests.
