Cherry Cheesecake Dip
Do you know someone who LOVES cheesecake as their go-to dessert for every occasion? If that is you, you will love this sweet dip.
We made it one Christmas Eve dinner and pleasantly surprised our cheesecake-loving guests. I laughed when one called us on Christmas and said they would come over to eat the dip with a spoon.
They skipped the graham crackers and loaded big scoops of the cherry cheesecake dip onto plates to enjoy with a spoon.

- Large Mixing Bowl - We are big fans of this glass batter bowl that has a handle. It makes it easy to mix ingredients and keeps the mixing bowl steady on the counter.
- Large Serving Dish

How to make Cherry Cheesecake Dip
I've included complete instructions in the printable recipe card at the bottom of the post, but here's a quick version.
Add softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk to a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until light and fluffy. The cheesecake mixture should be light and airy.
Add in Cool Whip and gently fold the whipped topping into the mixture until evenly combined.
Spread the mixture into a large baking dish. When you spread the cream cheese mixture, try to make it higher on the sides and leave an area in the middle for the cherry pie filling.
Evenly spread the cherry pie filling in the serving dish. We like to leave some of the cream cheese mixture showing around the edges for a fun look.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
