White Chocolate Candy Cane Cookies
Day 14 of our 25 days of holiday cookies and treats and I think this recipe may be the most holiday-ish of them all. Not sure if holiday-ish is a word but it sounds good right? OK, back to the cookies....drum roll, please.......
White Chocolate Candy Cane Cookies!!!!!
Yep! White chocolate and candy canes all mixed up in a cookies = pure holiday bliss!
Ingredients
- White chocolate baking squares with cocoa butter
- Butter
- Sugar
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Eggs
- Vanilla
- All-purpose flour
- Peppermint candy canes

I am madly deeply in love with these easy cookies. They look like Christmas to me. The combination of candy canes and white chocolate is mouthwateringly good.

White Chocolate Candy Cane Cookies
Ingredients
- 8 oz white chocolate baking squares with cocoa butter
- ยฝ cup Butter softened
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- ยฝ Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 ยพ cup All Purpose Flour
- โ cup peppermint candy canes finely crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees, line cookies sheets with parchment paper
- Chop 4 ounces of white chocolate, set aside
- In a small saucepan cook and stir the remaining 4 ounces of white chocolate over low heat until melted. set aside to cool
- Beat butter with an electric mixer for 30 seconds, add sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat until combined
- Beat in eggs and vanilla
- Beat in melted white chocolate
- Beat in as much flour as you can, stir in remaining flour if needed
- Stir in chopped white chocolate and candy cane pieces
- Drop by spoonful on prepared baking sheets, bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly brown
