For today's recipe I wanted to make an individual serving of banana foster so we didn't eat an entire platter of it. One that can easily be enjoyed by two people or 1 if you don't feel like sharing. ๐

Dark brown sugar
Ground nutmeg
Butter
Dark rum
Lemon juice
Large banana

Individual Banana Foster Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar
- pinch Ground Nutmeg
- 2 teaspoon Butter
- 2 teaspoon dark rum
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 large banana cut into ยฝ inch pieces
Instructions
- In a mug, combine brown sugar, nutmeg, butter, rum and lemon juice. Microwave for 1 minutes or until hot and bubbly
- Add banana, toss to coat. Microwave on high for 45-75 seconds until heated through.
- Let stand for 1 minutes, enjoy
