We go to Grand Cayman every year! The Bio luminescent Bay Kayak off Rum Point is an AMAZING experience that you MUST do in Cayman! Great restaurants that we visit every time we go are Calypso (pricey, but I kid you not, the best food I have ever put in my mouth!), Dukes Ribs and Seafood (everything is amazing...the ribs are top notch, inexpensive), and The Paradise (is in the Port so you will see Cruise ships departing)
The Turtle Farm is also a cool experience, as is swimming with dolphins, there are several places to do it.
There are a lot of things that we still have not done, because we literally get our floats and sit in the ocean off 7 mile beach all day. We get an anchor, tie and floats together and lay there. The water is spectacular. Our home away from home!
