It was so rough taste testing this amazing drink!

Ingredients
- Sweetened flaked coconut
- Unsweetened pineapple juice
- Gold tequila
- Cream of coconut
- Limes
- Ice

You can't go wrong with a tropical cocktail on a hot day! Honestly, even on a cool day, these taste fantastic. Pair them with some chips, salsa, and your favorite guacamole to have a great snack on the side.
Cactus Colada
Ingredients
- ยฝ Cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 Cup Pineapple Juice unsweetened
- ยฝ Cup gold tequila
- ยฝ Cup cream of coconut
- 2 limes juiced
- 3 to 4 Cups Ice
Instructions
- Toast coconut at 350 degrees on a baking sheet for 6 minutes. Make sure to check your coconut every few minutes.
- Blend Pineapple Juice, tequila, cream of coconut, lime, and 3 cups of ice until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy
