This Copy Cat Chili's Calypso Cooler has me dreaming of sitting on a beach with my feet in the sand listening to a calypso band.
I am dreaming of the sun, beautiful turquoise water, white sand beach, and great music.
I can't wait for summer to make this drink in a huge carafe and serve it during a get-together. It is the perfect hot-weather drink. This drink recipe could easily be made for a crowd.
Ingredients
- Captain Morgans Rum
- Peach Schnapps
- Orange Juice
- Rose's Lime Juice
- Grenadine

Copy Cat Chili's Calypso Cooler
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ Ounce Captain Morgans Rum
- ½ Ounce Peach Schnapps
- 4 Ounce Orange Juice
- Splash Roses Sweetened Lime Juice
- ½ Ounce Grenadine
Instructions
- Combine Captain Morgans, Peach Schnapps, Orange Juice and Lime Juice in a Cocktail Shaker
- Strain into a glass with ice
- Pour Grenadine over the mixture
