I stock up on it when it goes on sale a few weeks before Thanksgiving. But the last thing you want after Thanksgiving is another turkey recipe because you have been swimming in turkey leftovers for weeks.
Don't worry; this CrockPot Chicken Stuffing Casserole Recipe has no turkey. However, you could switch out the chicken for turkey if you wanted to.
The other thing I love about this recipe is that I can use a Costco rotisserie chicken and save myself from having to cook the chicken.

Stuffing - We use Stove Top Stuffing Mix for this recipe but you can use any stuffing you have leftover from Thanksgiving Dinner.
Soup - Feel free to use any flavor cream soup you enjoy. This would taste great with cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup.
Optional Extra Flavors - Add in diced onion, poultry seasoning, vegetables, rosemary, herbs, or garlic powder.
Garnish with sour cream if desired.

- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions; place in a slow cooker.
- Stir in 2 cans of soup to the stuffing mixture.ย
- Stir the remaining soup, milk, and chicken in a separate bowl. Pour into the slow cooker.
- Spread cheese over the top.

Ingredients
- 12- Ounce Stove Stop Stuffing prepared according to the box
- 3 10-ยพ Ounce Cream of Chicken Soup divided
- ยฝ c. Milk
- 3 to 4 c. Chicken cooked, cubed
- 12 Ounce Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions; place in a slow cooker.
- Stir in 2 cans soup.
- In a separate bowl, stir together remaining soup, milk and chicken. Add to slow cooker.
- Spread cheese over top.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours, or on high setting for 2 to 3 hours.
