Crock Pot Cuban Pulled Pork Sandwichesย
I have a confession to make.....I bought a triple slow cooker during a Black Friday sale a couple of years ago and I have never used it. I use our large crockpot all the time but was never really sure what to make in the triple slow cooker.
That all changed this week with the arrival of the Triple Slow Cooker Entertainingย Cookbook! I am so excited to start sharing amazing recipes from this cookbook.
The first recipe I made was these amazingย Crock Pot Cuban Pork Sandwiches with Cilantro Mayonnaise.
These Crock Pot Cuban Pork Sandwiches turned out amazing. The pork shredded so easily after being in the crockpot all day. The leftovers tasted great also. John has been enjoying these for lunch all week and said they are just as good as day one.
Don't miss our favorite pulled pork sides.
