Crock Pot Mexican Chili over Fritos
I love entertaining!
It is so much fun having friends and family over to catch up and spend time together. We all live such crazy busy lives that when you can finally get together it is a crazy loud madhouse of fun.
I thought I would share one of my go to recipes for events. This recipe is soooo easy to whip up and takes very little time to prep.
You all know I love easy recipes with only a little prep. Oh and the crock pot does all the work which makes it even better. This Crock Pot Mexican Chili over Fritos is sooooo good and easy and everyone loves it!
Ingredients
- Ground beef
- Cream style corn
- Chunky Picante Salsa sauce
- Pinto or black beans
- Dry taco seasoning

Crock Pot Mexican Chili over Fritos
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 16 Ounce Cream Style Corn drained
- ยฝ cup Chunky picante sauce
- 16 Ounce pinto or black beans
- Taco seasoning
Instructions
- Brown beef in a skillet, drain, transfer to crock pot
- Add in corn, picante sauce, beans and taco seasoning in crock pot
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours
- Serve over Fritos with garnish of cheese, olives, sour cream and salsa
