I love no-bake pies! It has been so hot in Spokane that I am doing everything I possibly can to not turn on our oven. We have been eating a lot of salads, cold appetizers and I hate to admit it but eating out way to much. This Raspberry No Bake Pie Recipe is pretty much amazing. I could honestly make one each day and it would disappear.
Raspberry No Bake Pie Recipe
The neighbor tried a slice and then took some home with her. I am going to admit here and now to having a piece for a snack, lunch, and maybe at dinner. Yes, it is that good!
You just can't go wrong with this pie. Especially since it has fruit and yogurt in it. That means it is practically a healthy pie ๐
Ingredients
- Raspberries
- Sugar
- Yogurt
- Cool whip
- Graham cracker crust
I like serving this raspberry pie in a clear glass pie pan so you can see the pie through the sides. It looks so decadent. Most of the time I only make the crust on the bottom and leave the sides partially raspberry pie filling so you can see the layers.

I'm with you, I try not to bake during the summer. That pie looks great, I thought it was ice cream at a quick glance!
