Rumchata Fudge Recipe
Did you know that you can make fudge in your microwave?
Seriously it is so easy and you don't have to heat the house up with the stove or stovetop. Most recipes only take a few ingredients and taste amazing!
This Rumchata Fudge Recipe only takes four ingredients you may already have in your house. Plus a few minutes and some chill time and you have a great holiday or any day dessert to serve.
If you want to try a few other flavors of microwaveable fudge here are some other recipes we have made.
I love how easy these fudge recipes are to make! Anytime I can whip up a quick and easy holiday party dessert I am a happy happy girl. There are days I love spending hours baking in the kitchen but then there are other days that the idea of finding time to do anything more than a quick and easy recipe is just not going to happen.
Especially this time of year with the holidays. It doesn't help that sunset is now so early and the world just feels dark and wintry. I find myself wanting to curl up with a great book and a cup of hot tea and just ignore the rest of the world.
I really hope that this recipe helps with making your life a little easier this holiday season!
How to make Rumchata Fudge
ย For the complete recipe, go to the recipe card at the bottom of the post.
You will need an 8X8 Baking Pan for this recipe.ย You will also want to have Parchment Paper to make it easier to remove the fudge from the pan.
I love how this parchment paper comes in pre-cut sheets making it easier to work with.
Add the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a baking bowl.
Heat for one minute and then stir, continue to heat in 20-30 second bursts and stir afterward. You will want to do this until everything is melted and smooth.
Add in the RumChata and stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds and stir.
Transfer to your lined 8x8 pan and smooth it to all edges.
Top with crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch for a fun finishing touch.
Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours until completely firm. Cut into bite-size pieces and serve on a fun holiday platter like this Gnome Platter which I have fallen madly deeply in love with.
