Ingredients
- 8 oz white chocolate chopped
- 4 cups Milk
- 2 cups Half and Half
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 7 oz marshmallow fluff
- 4 Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
