Coconut White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
I love taking something pre-made and altering it. ย This is such a great way to "cheat" when you have friends and family showing up. You can quickly put these cookies together and they look like you spent a ton of time on them.
These coconut macadamia nut cookies are made with a refrigerated white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie dough that can be found in most grocery stores! I try to keep a pack in the fridge when I know there is a high probability we will have people over.

This looks like a great way to pump up a refrigerated dough. These are my Moms fave cookies and I could do these tonight without any problem. I might just do it, since yesterday was her 79th birthday.
