Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine softened butter, eggs, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer combine until creamy.
Add in crushed pineapple and stir to mix evenly.
Add in cubed bread and mix together until well coated.
Pour into a greased casserole dish and evenly spread out.
Bake for 1 hour until the top is nice and golden brown.
