Instructions
Whisk together bacon grease and flour in a skillet. Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to brown. Whisk so it doesn't burn.
Add in milk 1 cup at a time continually whisking until gravy is smooth and starts to thicken.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can add in bacon crumbles if desired.
