Instructions
Bake potatoes until you can cut them. I did 4 potatoes for 14 minutes in the microwave. Remember to cut into the potatoes so they vent while cooking
Cut the potatoes into ¼'s and scoop the potato down to the skins
Combine Potatoes with sour cream and either garlic powder or ranch dressing mix pack
Fill skins with the mixture
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted
I broiled mine at the end for a few seconds to get the nice brown color on the cheese
Garnish with green onions or bacon bits
