-Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl mixing on medium speed for 4 minutes. (except your food coloring)

-If icing is not stiff enough add ¼ C powder sugar.

- Spoon the icing into a bowl. Divide the icing into three bowls.

-Add several drops of orange gel food coloring in the first bowl of icing. Stir well to mix the color.

-Add several drops of purple gel food coloring in the first bowl of icing. Stir well to mix the color.

-Add several drops of purple gel food coloring in the first bowl of icing. Stir well to mix the color.

-Spoon the colored icings into separate frosting bags with small tips.

-Remove the top cookie from the Oreo.

-Leaving the filling of the bottom of the Oreo cookie.

-Using the orange and/or icing bags.  Make a circle in the middle of the filling covered cookie.

-Place an M & M in the center of the icing.

-Draw four red lines from the middle of the cookie (the eye) to the edge.  Displaying red bloodshot eyes.

-Allow for the icing to dry for 30 minutes.
