Instructions
Coat the inside of the crock pot with non-stick spray
Cup the kielbasa into ¾ inch slices and add to the crock pot
Add in tomatoes, veggies and cajun seasoning.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-2.5 hours
Stir in shrimp and okra, cook on high for 30 minutes until shrimp are opaque
Serve over rice
