instant vanilla pudding mix

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Eggnog Cake
Combine dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, eggnog, eggs, vegetable oil, nutmeg, water, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Mix together until fully mixed.
Pour eggnog cake batter into a Bundt pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until a cake tester comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes
Turn cake onto a wire rack and allow to cool. Cover with eggnog glaze or place on a cake stand and cover with glaze.
Eggnog Glaze
Combine eggnog, butter, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Whisk together.
Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until you achieve the consistency you are looking for.
