cut into 1” cubes.

Belvedere Vodka

Monin Watermelon Syrup

Lime Juice
freshly squeezed
Instructions
Add 3 watermelon cubes to your shaker and muddle (you’ll save the 4th cube for your garnish).
Add 2oz of Belvedere Vodka, 1oz Monin Watermelon Syrup, and .75oz of freshly squeezed lime juice to your shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously until cold and then double strain (you can use a fine kitchen strainer) into a chilled martini glass.
Top with .25oz Domain Chandon sparkling wine and garnish with the last watermelon cube.
