skinless chicken breasts

red bell pepper

Balsamic Dressing
Couscous for plating
Wooden Skewers
Instructions
Soak wooden skewers for a minimum of 30 minutes before using
Cut chicken breast into pieces, marinate in ¼ cup of Balsamic Dressing for 30 minutes
Cut bell peppers into large chunks, drain pineapple and place in a bowl
Turn on grill and allow it to heat up
Skewer chicken, pineapple, and pepper in alternating placements on skewers, place in clean new pan
Pour ¼ cup of Balsamic dressing over skewers
Grill until chicken in cooked through
Remember to bring a new plate for the skewers after they have cooked.
Plate on top of Couscous and enjoy!
