Instructions
Cut red potatoes into small pieces
Add olive oil to your pan and allow to warm up. Add in red potatoes and sprinkle seasoning over the top.
Cover and cook for 8 minutes on medium high, stir potatoes half way
Lower heat to medium low, stir and continue to cook for an additional 8 minutes
