Instructions
Directions for Mississippi Mud Cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine butter and cocoa in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until butter melts
Stir in beaten eggs, vanilla, sugar, flour, salt and beat with a spoon until well combined and smooth
Pour into cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes
Directions for the frosting
Combine confectioner sugar and cocoa in a bowl, stir well. Add in melted butter, milk and vanilla and mix on low until well combined
Once the Cake is out of the oven spread mini-marshmallows along the top of the cake, return to the oven for 3 minutes to soften the marshmallows
Pour frosting over the marshmallows and allow the cake to cool to room temp.
