Instructions
Grate Cheddar cheese and set to the side
Add mayonnaise, cream cheese, and diced pimento peppers into a mixing bowl. Stir by hand or with a hand mixer until combined and creamy.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix together.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve
