Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Beat butter with electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds, add sugars, baking powder and baking soda, beat until combined
Add in egg and vanilla
Beat in as much flour as you can, stir in any remaining flour.
Stir in cereal, coconut, and raisins
Drop dough by the spoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake for 8 minutes until edges are golden
