Instructions
Cut corned beef lunch meat into strips or chunks, drain sauerkraut, melt the butter and beat the egg
Combine sauerkraut, swiss cheese, corned beef, butter and egg in the crock pot
Cook on high for 2 hours
Toast rye bread and serve on the side for dipping.
