Instructions
Brown sausage in olive oil over medium heat until cooked. Break the sausage apart as it is cooking.
Drain any excess grease from the pan.
Add in cream cheese and stir into sausage. Stir in undrained Rotel until cream cheese is completely melted and everything is combined.
Serve with chips, veggies, or crackers.
