Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil without stiring for 4 minutes
Remove from heat and add in Sriracha, vanilla and baking soda
In a large bowl combine popcorn and brown sugar mixture until evenly coated
Spread popcorn over baking sheet and place in oven for 45 minutes
Stir popcorn every 15 minutes to make sure it is evenly coated
Let cool before enjoying
