Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cookies
Combine chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs in a bowl. Mix until combined
Scoop onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 7-8 minutes
Cool on a wire rack
Chocolate Icing
Combine butter, cocoa, and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until the mixture has melted together.
Remove from heat and whisk in the powdered sugar until smooth.
Pour icing over cookies and spread with a spoon. Allow frosting to cool before serving.
