Instructions
Blend together ingredients until smooth. Add in additional olive oil to make a thinner dip.
Scrape the sides of the blender with a spatula and blend again before serving in a shallow bowl.
Garnish with optional fresh herbs, lemon zest, hot honey. Serve with fresh veggies and pita chips.
